Recetas caseras con un sabor inolvidable. 3 de enero de 2017. 100 ml de nata liquida para cocinar. 1 cucharadita de postre de mostaza. Cortamos el bogavante por la mitad, le sacamos la carne y la troceamos y reservamos. Ponemos una sartén al fuego con la mantequilla, cuando este derretida incorporamos la chalota y dejamos que se poche. Dejamos que cueza todo unos 6 minutos sin que se pegue. Yo los sirvo cada mitad acompañado de ensalada.
