Monday, May 14, 2012. I have a good excuse. Lots of catch up and pics. First off I have been a slacker for a good reason. We are expecting our fourth baby this fall! I ate some greek yogurt before the gym this morning. Then I did 15 minutes on the stairclimber and fifteen minutes doing walking hills on the treadmill. B-fast was a couple whole wheat pancakes. Also went to a local aviary.
