I love Fall, and Fall means pumpkin. And I needed to use up some more of the can of pumpkin I opened for my Pumpkin Coffee Creamer Recipe. I eat oatmeal pretty much every day and saw a favorite store of mine offering instant pumpkin oatmeal, so I figured I would give it a try with the real deal. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. We had a great 4th this year! It was so nice for both of us to be off and just be able to lay around, eat, and watch some fireworks! This year was so fun because Owen was old enough to stay up and watch them! So we went to the in-laws and grilled out and watched all the neighbors put on a great show!
