Tuesday, December 20, 2011. Tune up check and spheres. The points were in synch so I did not touch anything there. The engine is running very smoothly and the car drives well. The choke cable is broken; this tag helps a little for a cold start. Thursday, December 8, 2011. I have reattached the steering column to the dash to be able to drive the car.
Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Yesterday, I tuned the 5th gear. To get the reverse fork, the lifting of the selector above the pin permits to grab the reverse fork. Reinstalling the cover was not a walk in the park. A magnetic screw driver is needed to reinstall the cover. I used petroleum jelly to stick the screw at the end of the screw driver.
