Well we are all back from sunny Florida and suffering with the cold weather already! Was always going to be a shock to the system I suppose. Had a great time away, couple of days suffering with jet lag but I am back in the swing of it again now. Not been on my bike since Florida so might brave it and dust it off for a ride out in the new forest for the boys! Look forward to reporting more over the weekend.
Recovery day with the chimps! March 15, 2011. So Monday morning has come around after a very up and down weekend for myself, moving on though and taking the posatives an extremly good ride from both Greg and Leo mansell to take the first 1-2 on the local scene for Team UK Youth! After having my legs up for a few hours it was time to hit the gym, have to say this was harder than expected working mainly on the core and upper body OUCH! March 14, 2011. Back In Jersey and wee.
Mission was accomplished as everyone had a good workout, and left smiling! Today I completed all the Sports Director duties that I possibly can, in advance of The Perfs Pedal race this Sunday. Keep it rubber side down! We rustled.
Next up will be Tour doon Hame in scotland so hoping that my good form will still be there. First win of the season. So another weekend have past and myself and Team Uk Youth have done two more races.
