Beach Found Footwear

This line of footwear consists of a collection of flip-flops found washed up on the beach. The flip-flops have been taken out of the waste stream, cleaned, stenciled with a new logo, paired, and put back into the wear stream by artist Dawn Stetzel with help from the Oregon coast community. Dawn Stetzel Coastal Oregon Artist Residency

The Coastal Oregon Artist Residency program was developed collaboratively by Recology Western Oregon and Astoria Visual Arts. This inaugural residency commences July 11, 2016 and ends October 7, 2016. Regional artists Sean Barrow and Dawn Stetzel have been selected to participate in the inaugural Coastal Oregon Artist Residency.
