Friday, July 5, 2013. Some may not know that when my old husband left, Cory wanted me to have a dog. Never one for half measures, we got two Airedales, York and Darby. This was 8 years ago now. They have kept us loved and entertained in the intervening time. A friend nicked named them Pee and Poop. They are a bit like us. lovable, enthusiastic and a bit undisciplined! No matter what, they loved and are loved.

Friday, October 8, 2010. Summer cruising Part 6 San Juan Islands. Diane and I returned to Roche Harbor for a couple of days of relaxing. This resort was a lime production facility in1881. Now it is a well known resort on San Juan Island. A view toward one of several restaurants at the resort. The historic Hotel de Haro at Roche Harbor built in 1886. Grounds and house keeping cabins. This is a great area to take Mackenzie to play. A unique piece of driftwood.
