ROLLITOS DE TORTILLA CON RELLENO DE ARROZ Y ESPINACAS. 250gr Arroz ,300 gr de Espinacas frescas ,50 gr de jamon en tiras, 2 dientes de ajo, aceite , sal y una pizca de pimienta. 2 huevos por cada rollito una cucharadita de harina y una pizca de levadura y sal. En primer lugar hervimos el arroz despues de hervido lo pasamos por agua y reservamos. Colocamos el relleno y envolvemos cada tortilla. Miércoles, 23 de marzo de 2011.
