Debe de ser un recurso digital reutilizable, generar conocimiento, actitudes y habilidades que den por resultado un aprendizaje integral. En la WEB se hallan miles de recursos y muchos de muy mala calidad, plagados de errores, descontextualizados, estáticos, rígidos, impenetrables.
