I was able to practice these strategies firsthand on my own. Every project and paper completed for this course was usually followed up by a reflection essay, something which helped me to improve these strategies as well as it provided a way for me to explain how I went about in completing the specific assignment, and what I had learned from it.

Throughout the Writing 150 class, there are set subjects that students will be learning about throughout the semester. These subjects include a lot of multi-media uses and a good amount of understanding within the MLA format. This class was a good start in order for a student to begin his or her college career and it gives a great outlook on what is to come within his or her next four years at Oakland University.
