Having undergone an extensive refurbishment, our warm and welcoming pub brasserie harks back to its roots as a coaching inn with cosy nooks for a quiet pint, a beautiful brasserie for dining and a gorgeous hidden courtyard. Serving classic pub grub alongside authentic French fare using the best seasonal ingredients, all our dishes are cooked from scratch in our open kitchen which adds a little theatre to the proceedings. Opening on Saturday 15th August.
Sunday, February 08, 2009. Day 1 at the hotel was spent relaxing. Friends of ours came with us, and they had a connecting room right next to us. Day 2, we all split up. The guys hit Attitash with their snowboards, and we girls went outlet shopping. There were some great deals! We went to the Muddy Moose for dinner. Saturday, January 17, 2009.
Brasserie and pub classics created with the finest seasonal produce. Braised beetroot and puy lentils. A selection of seasonal cheeses. Morteau sausage and potato salad. Grilled Shetland Isles salmon fillet. Fresh fig, Jervaulx blue cheese and onion tart. Wherever beer is brewed, all is well-wherever beer is drunk, life is good.
Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients and we are famous for our monthly changing set menu as well as our extensive á la carte selection.
