Chocolate, Meat, and Water Bottles. Another part of Lent that I usually struggle with is the no meat on Fridays. Luckily most places around campus offer vegetarian options, which makes it a lot easier. I can go the whole week with eating very little meat and then on Friday I absolutely crave it.

Ecuador Saves the World? First off, I apologize for the late post, I got back from the beach after midnight last night and I was unable to blog before then due to a lack of internet. Ok, so Ecuador saves the world. How? Apparently Ecuador has decided to not cut down rainforests in order to get at some valuable oil reserves. The catch? Ecuador wants the world to pay them half of what they would get from the selling of the oil under the rainforest.
