Thursday, October 21, 2010. I am constantly craving food. I have picked up on my exercise since being sick, but the over eating is getting to me. I am so far staying at the 214 pounds mark, but worry that come Sunday the scale will go through the roof. The exercising is getting harder to stay motivated to do.
