Thursday, December 3, 2009. Wednesday, November 25, 2009. I was running today, my aim was to run finish the whole round of bedok reservoir without stopping. The whole round would be about 4. 8km, i did run most of it. I ran from the starting to 2km stopped to drink water, then walked to 3km. 3km run all the way to the ending point, another 1. While running, i actually just plan to stop and walk, really too tiring alr.
